Nourish deeply, live brightly

Functional nutrition for vibrant health.

Food is culture, care, fuel, celebration, creativity, healing, connection,
and so much more.

It’s nourishment for our
mind, body, and spirit.

Why We’re Here

Helia comes from the Greek word for sun — which pretty much sums up what we’re about. Nutrition, like sunlight, fuels the bright, cyclical lives women live. It’s about connection with ourselves and the rhythms of nature that sustain us.

At Helia Nutrition we take that sunny vibe and make it intentional: evidence-based care and down-to-earth support that help women feel energized, balanced, and championed in every season.

We use a food-first, root-cause, weight-inclusive approach that blends science with compassion — no dieting dogma, no one-size-fits-all rules.

Whether you want help with gut health, balancing blood sugar, kitchen basics that actually stick, navigating hormone changes, support during or after GLP-1 use, or nurturing a healthier relationship with food, we’ll meet you right where you are.

Let’s reduce the stress around nutrition advice, use practical tools, and create realistic plans so you can thrive!

Based in Portland, OR and offering virtual care across the US.
